Phenolic Resin

Phenolic Resin is constructed of thermoset resins and layers of kraft paper formed into a monolithic slab under high heat and pressure, then surfaced with melamine. With exceptional flatness and lighter weight, phenolic resin is available in a large variety of colors and patterns.

More features of Epoxyn's phenolic resin:

  • Laboratory grade performance.
  • Superior resistance to many chemicals, moisture and thermal shock.
  • Durable and easy to clean.
  • Extensive color and pattern choices.

Phenolic resin is popular with installers due to its lighter weight which also makes it a viable choice for use as adjustable shelving material.  It can be machined with carbide tipped tools, facilitating jobsite modifications.
